How is the final price determined?
Volume first, weight second. We measure your load against the truck (¼, ½, ¾, full) and only adjust for landfill tipping fees on heavy materials like concrete or shingles.
Is the quote binding?
Yes. Once we arrive and walk the load, the price we lock in on-site is the price you pay. No back-end surprises.
What if I only have one item?
Single-item pickups start at $89 for curbside and $129 inside. Same-day if booked before 2pm.
Do you charge for travel?
Free within 25 miles of dispatch. Beyond that, a flat $1.25/mi is added to the quote — shown before you book.
Are tips expected?
Never required, always appreciated. 100% of tips go directly to the crew on the truck.
What payment methods do you take?
Card, ACH, Apple Pay, and net-30 invoicing for commercial accounts.
